We are able to offer you a wide and in-depth range of fruit and vegetable juice concentrates. During the production of fruit juice concentrates, we remove a portion of the water contained in the juice of the ripe fruit. When processing the fresh fruit into fruit juice concentrate, we use particularly gentle processes to preserve valuable ingredients, taste and colour as best as possible.

However, other factors also play a major role in the quality of Pascal Beverages fruit juice concentrates: The selection of the right fruit varieties, the value of the fresh fruit and the right time to harvest, as well as direct processing right after harvest. We can directly influence all of these requirements. Directly on location, the fresh raw picked fruit are processed into premium juice concentrates.
